It is incredible how a few days of meditation and yoga in a beautiful environment can create a sense of self-discovery and relief of stress. The five-day Meditation and Yoga Retreat at Ananda Kanan will allow participants to connect with themselves and others at a deeper level. Enjoying a five-day meditation retreat will give you a chance to go deep into your meditation, learn to cook delicious sattvic vegetarian food, make good friends, and enjoy classes, workshops, and other programs. During the retreat, there will also be a chance to have personal guidance and learn individual meditation and get recommendations on yoga, diet, and other lifestyle habits.
