Learn the fundamental poses (asanas) of hatha yoga with a certified yoga instructor. Amrita's gentle manner makes the experience relaxing and fun.
After asanas, Dada Rudraprakashananda, an Ananda Marga monk, will give a short class on spiritual philosophy-the practice of yoga. This will be followed by a delicious vegetarian lunch.
Vegetarian Cooking

Dada is originally from India and he has traveled all over his native land discovering its culinary secrets. He is incapable of making a dish that is not absolutely delicious. Join him for a tour of Indian vegetarian cooking, then get to enjoy the fruits of your labors!
